  1. Duration and Eligibility

    This competition is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over who are currently registered pharmacists with the Pharmacy Board of Australia (AHPRA). Employees of Complete Care Pharmacy and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter. Competition opens 20th August 2026 and closes 21st September 2026 at 11:59 PM AEST.

  2. Prize Details

    Total prize value up to $2,500. The prize package comprises the following components:

    • Return economy flights for two (2) people from the winner’s nearest capital city to Hobart, Tasmania, to the value of $1,500. Any flight costs in excess of $1,500 are the responsibility of the winner and their guest.
    • Accommodation for one (1) night in Hobart to the value of $500. Accommodation arrangements are subject to availability and must be agreed in advance with Complete Care Pharmacy.
    • Incidentals to the value of $500. This may be applied toward meals, transport, or other agreed expenses during the prize trip.
    • Exclusive guided tour of Complete Care Pharmacy Rosny.

    Travel must be taken within six (6) months of winner notification. Travel dates are subject to mutual agreement and availability. The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.

  3. How to Enter

    Entry is free.

  4. Winner Selection

    The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries. The draw will take place on 22nd September 2026 at 12:00PM AEST. The winner will be notified by phone within two (2) business days of the draw. Upon notification, the drawn entrant may be required to produce valid proof of current AHPRA pharmacist registration (such as an AHPRA registration number or certificate). If requested, and the drawn entrant fails or is unable to produce satisfactory proof of registration within 7 days of request, their entry will be deemed invalid and a redraw will take place. The verified winner must claim their prize within 14 days of notification.

  5. Prize Conditions

    The winner and their guest are responsible for:

    • Transportation to and from their local airports
    • Any flight costs exceeding the $1,500 flight allowance
    • Any accommodation costs exceeding the $500 accommodation allowance
    • Any incidental costs exceeding the $500 incidentals allowance
    • Travel insurance

    The winner and guest must travel together on the same itinerary. Flights, accommodation, and tour dates cannot be changed once booked.

  6. Privacy and Marketing Communications

    Personal information collected will be used for competition administration, communications, and marketing (where consent is provided). By entering, entrants acknowledge their contact details will be added to Complete Care Pharmacy’s database. Entrants may opt out of marketing communications at any time. The winner agrees to the use of their name and image for promotional purposes. All personal information will be handled in accordance with Australian privacy law.

  7. General

    Complete Care Pharmacy’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Complete Care Pharmacy reserves the right to verify entries. If the prize remains unclaimed within 14 days of notification, a redraw will be conducted within one (1) month of the original draw date. The competition may be modified or cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances.

  8. Liability

    Complete Care Pharmacy accepts no responsibility for lost, late, or misdirected entries. To the extent permitted by law, Complete Care Pharmacy is not liable for any loss or damage suffered in connection with the prize or prize travel.
