Expanded access to care, delivered by trained prescribing pharmacists

At Complete Care Pharmacy, our pharmacists are authorised to assess, diagnose and prescribe treatment for eligible patients – providing safe, accessible care for a range of common health conditions.

Our pharmacists have completed additional clinical training and follow approved treatment protocols in line with state regulations.

This means you may be able to receive prescription treatment directly from your pharmacist – without needing to visit a GP – where clinically appropriate.

Every consultation includes a structured assessment of your symptoms, medical history and risk factors to ensure the most appropriate care. If your condition requires further investigation or specialist input, we will refer you accordingly. We work collaboratively with your GP and other healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care where required.
