Whether you need everyday healthcare advice or a prescription renewal, our doctors are available to patients right across Australia. You can book your telehealth doctor’s appointment online through this website in minutes, or visit your nearest Complete Care Pharmacy and ask your pharmacist to set up a Telehealth Consultation for you in-store.

A Telehealth Consultation is $39.00. The price is the same whether you book online or in-store. One consultation covers your appointment with the doctor, plus any prescriptions, medical certificates, or referrals issued during that session.

During your Telehealth Consultation, an Australian-registered doctor can:

• Discuss your symptoms and provide personalised medical advice
• Issue or renew prescriptions for eligible medications
• Write a medical certificate if clinically appropriate
• Provide referrals to specialists
• Request pathology tests or imaging where needed

Yes. Our telehealth doctors can prescribe or renew a wide range of medications during your consultation. Your prescription is issued as an eScript and sent directly to you via SMS. You can fill it at your selected Complete Care Pharmacy. If you book in-store, your script is sent straight to that pharmacy, ready for dispensing – no extra steps needed.

Most commonly prescribed medications are available through our Telehealth Consultation service – including treatments for high blood pressure, high cholesterol, asthma, diabetes, contraception, mental health conditions, and more. If a medication isn’t suitable to be prescribed via telehealth, your doctor will advise you on the most appropriate next step.

Yes. If your telehealth doctor determines a medical certificate is clinically appropriate, it will be issued electronically and sent to your email – accepted for work, school, or carer’s leave.

There are two easy ways to book:

• Online – Select your local Complete Care Pharmacy, choose an available time, complete a short health form, and pay securely. Your doctor will call you ASAP or at your booked appointment time.
• In-store – Visit any Complete Care Pharmacy and ask about a Telehealth Consultation. Your pharmacist will book it for you and the doctor will call shortly after.

Yes. Our Australian-registered doctors are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week – including weekends and public holidays. Whether you need a telehealth appointment in the middle of the night or first thing in the morning, our doctors are here to care for you.

Yes. During your Telehealth Consultation, your doctor can issue specialist referrals and request pathology tests or medical imaging where clinically appropriate. These are sent to you electronically following your appointment and accessed via a secure portal.

Telehealth Consultations are well suited to prescription renewals, common acute conditions such as colds and flu, skin concerns and UTIs, general health advice, mental health support, and specialist referrals. Please note: telehealth is not appropriate for medical emergencies. If your condition is serious or life-threatening, call 000 or go to your nearest emergency department immediately.

Yes. All Telehealth Consultations are conducted through a secure, encrypted platform. Your health information is handled in full compliance with Australian privacy laws and is never shared without your consent.

No. After booking, you’ll receive clear instructions by SMS or email. Most consultations take place over a secure phone call, or via a one-click link that opens directly in your browser – no downloads required.
