Refine Medical Aesthetics is a doctor-led skin and cosmetic clinic specialising in advanced aesthetic treatments and skin health. The team takes a personalised, multi-modal approach to treatment recognising that effective treatment is never a one-size-fits-all. Primary Care Dermatology: targeted medical consultation for acne scarring, active acne, rosacea and psoriasis

Set in a private, rural location East Gippsland Psychology and Equine Assisted Psychotherapy offer psychology and counselling services to adult clients presenting with a range of mental health issues.

Services are provided by Tara Couzens, a registered clinical psychologist with over 15 years experience in the mental health field.   With a special interest in trauma, Tara works from a collaborative, compassion-based perspective incorporating a range of evidence-based interventions. Additional practitioners will soon join the team.

Available services include:

  • Equine assisted sessions where horses provide an additional experiential aspect in the therapeutic work, supporting engagement and participation
  • Traditional in-room therapy

Currently accepting NDIS and Medicare referrals.

Shiva is a Clinical Continence Nurse with more than a decade experience across nursing, disability, and community care, specialising in bladder and bowel continence management for both children and adults.

Through Integrated Nursing, Shiva provides comprehensive continence assessments, toileting support, behavioural strategies, catheterisation support, and evidence-based management plans tailored to individual needs and quality of life goals. She is also a registered NDIS provider, supporting participants with individualised continence care and functional support to enhance independence, dignity, and daily living outcomes.

Shiva specialises in NDIS continence assessments, iCare script writing, continence aid prescriptions, and personalised product recommendations to ensure clients receive appropriate and clinically suitable continence products and supports. Her approach focuses on practical, person-centred solutions that improve comfort, function, skin integrity, and overall wellbeing.

She has a special interest in toilet training and continence management for children with autism and ADHD, supporting families with practical, compassionate, and neurodiversity-affirming approaches that promote independence, confidence, and dignity. Working closely with parents, carers, schools, and multidisciplinary teams, Shiva develops individualised toileting programs that are realistic, supportive, and sustainable.

Shiva also specialises in continence care for adults living with neurological conditions, including Parkinson’s disease, Multiple Sclerosis, Stroke, and Spinal Cord Injury. Her expertise includes bladder and bowel management, catheter care and education, functional continence support, and long-term continence planning for individuals with complex health and disability needs.

With extensive experience in both clinical and disability settings, Shiva is passionate about delivering holistic, evidence-based, and person-centred care that empowers individuals and families while improving daily function and quality of life.
