1. Promotion Overview

• Promoter: The promoter is Complete Care Pharmacy Group Pty Ltd (ABN 29 670 838 758) of 15 Chapel St CREMORNE VIC 3121 (“Promoter”).
• Promotion Type: Complete Rewards Spend & Save Loyalty Promotion.
• Promotion Period: The promotion commences at 12:01 AM AEST on 14 July 2026 and closes at 11:59 PM AEST on 27 August 2026 (“Promotion Period”).

2. Eligibility

• Entry is open to residents of New South Wales (NSW), Victoria (VIC), Queensland (QLD), and Tasmania (TAS) who are 18 years of age or older.
• Participants must be registered members of the Complete Rewards Loyalty Program at the time of purchase to earn or redeem a voucher.
• Employees of the Promoter, its associated agencies, and their immediate families are ineligible to participate.

3. How to Participate & Earn Vouchers

• To qualify for a promotional voucher, eligible customers must spend $30 or more in a single transaction at any participating Complete Care Pharmacy Group store during the Promotion Period.
• Voucher Limit: Customers can earn a maximum of two (2) vouchers in total per Complete Rewards account across the entire Promotion Period. Both vouchers can be earned on the same day (via separate qualifying transactions), subject to the overall promotional limit of two (2) vouchers per member.
• Qualifying spend excludes the purchase of prescription medication, certain scheduled medicines and gift cards.

4. Voucher Details & Redemption

• The value of the reward voucher is $5 (“Voucher”).
• Vouchers will be issued at the register from the day after the qualifying purchase has been made.
• Validity Period: Vouchers become active and valid for use from the day after the qualifying purchase was made.
• Expiry Date: All promotional vouchers carry a fixed expiration date and will strictly expire at 11:59 PM AEST on 26 September 2026. Any unused vouchers after this date automatically become null and void.
• Location Restriction: Vouchers are only redeemable at the specific Complete Care Pharmacy store where the qualifying purchase was made and the voucher was earned. Vouchers cannot be transferred or redeemed at any other Complete Care Pharmacy location.
• Redemption Criteria: Vouchers can be redeemed on a subsequent transaction with a minimum spend of $10 or more on eligible products.
• Product Exclusions: The minimum redemption spend of $10, and the application of the voucher itself, excludes the purchase of prescription medicines, certain scheduled medicines and gift cards.
• Only one (1) Voucher can be redeemed per transaction. Vouchers are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
• Vouchers cannot be transferred to any other person, unless agreed to by the Promoter. It is a condition of accepting a voucher that the winner accepts the conditions of use of that voucher.

5. General Conditions

• The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any customer who tampers with the entry process or submits a claim that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
• If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned due to fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the promotion, subject to any written directions from regulatory authorities.
• Privacy Notice: Personal information collected during this promotion will be handled in accordance with the Complete Care Pharmacy Group Privacy Policy.
